Dr. Brad is a career and communication coach with extensive trainings and certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master, SaFE Agilist, and NACC certified life coach. He has spent over 15 years working for Fortune 15 companies leading Human Resources, labor relations, business transformation, training and development, labor onboarding, internal mobility, and business operations projects. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and Marketing from Norfolk State University, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Communication from Liberty University, and a Professional Doctorate in Entrepreneurship from Christian Leadership University. As a faith leader, he has spent almost 20 years counseling and coaching individuals, couples, and families in the areas of restoration, healing, and productive practices.
